What is MindShift?


MindShift was born from seeing how, for many companies, the mental wellbeing of their employees is an after-thought.
Employees are often expected to work on their wellbeing outside of work, so they may bring their 'best-self' into the workplace.
But the reality is, we spend so much time in the workplace (up to a third of our lives!). For people to do their best work, wellbeing needs to be woven throughout the fabric of a business.
MindShift helps give employees the tools to navigate the modern workplace, allowing them to foster healthier working relationships, spot signs of stress early and avoid burnout.
